My three criteria are also policy, policy, policy. And I don't like a policy of keeping everyone employed. Full employment wastes important resources, including people's time. I'm also worried about Bernie's age. I guess that's my fourth criterion.

Oh, man, I'd kill to have someone younger with his policy stances! There just isn't anyone. That's the problem. Also, I think folks have to stop thinking of employment in market terms. Staying home and caring for your kids is a job.
