The police are arresting dealers. It's what happens afterwards that we must question. Dealers spend an average of 72 hours in jail only to return to the same streets to deal illicit Fentanyl which is driving OD deaths. That's the plain truth.pic.twitter.com/OKZ6DN1jGo
