His name is Darryl & he came to SF from Wisconsin. He'll die w/o proper medical attention. He once told me that he'd cycled thru SF General multiple times. How can this happen with billions spent the homeless? ONE word - fentanyl. No addict wants services they're here to do drugs

They won’t go to get treated at the hospital because during the amount of time it would take to properly treat that he would get “door sick”. I’ve spoken with several in that condition. At least in jail they get cleaned up and offered programs.
