I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the new #YouTubePartnerProgram guidelines that were distributed today.
Is there a phone number, or email address to speak to someone directly about these changes?
If your channel is big enough. then you get a phone number you can call. Till then, if you're serious you've got to grow your brand. 4000 hours per year is only 132 views per day if every video is 5 minutes. It's literally that small.
