    Nobody can "keep the team motivated." That's a the-beatings-will-stop-when-morale-improves situation. What you can do is create an environment where self motivation is possible. Relatedness, autonomy, mastery, purpose. You cannot manage someone into being motivated.

    Is there a setting to prevent my fav'd tweets from showing up in my follower's feeds like an RT? i.e. the attached which showed up in mine I fav tweets I would never RT & worry they're polluting the feeds of my followers IMHO-it's a misguided feature which will kill engagement
