Manning and Assange are two completely different cases.. Manning was a sworn Military who violated the law. Assange is a Journalist who reported information recieved. He should be protected, and Manning should be sent back to jail.

I cannot imagine we will see the exact phraseology of the charges. The would have to be a very careful handling of the classified material exposed. Easier to throw a national security blanket over it. No it will not be fair.
