I'm also remembering the flights that took off from Boston, never to return, and am praying for everyone who lost someone special, and remain grateful for the fearless first responders who rushed towards danger so others might live. Our nation remains indebted to you all. 3/3

The passage of time has not diminished their, or our, memories - they all live on through the family and friends whose lives they touched along the way. 2/3

It’s so hard to believe that twenty years have passed since the horror, anger, pain, courage, and resolve that were contained in the bright blue-skies of that September day. So many families changed forever when lives were so suddenly lost. 1/3

Life is about making choices, and we're facing the biggest one yet. The report makes it clear our window is narrowing, but it's not too late to act. We must choose to earnestly respond to the climate crisis while we still can.

Today's report from the shows that we cannot afford further delay. The science has been certain for decades, but the latest report makes it abundantly clear – the climate crisis is not only here, it is growing increasingly severe.

Very, very few are motivated by people and fight for people the way Rich did. And he believed in the promise of clean energy to create great jobs for labor families. Sending lots of love to both the Trumka family and his family. (2/2)

I first met when he was John Sweeney's VP and some dared declare that organized labor was dying. Rich breathed incredible life back into the movement which defined so much of his life. A friend, an advocate, a leader – even those words don't do him justice. (1/2)

I’m sickened by the tragic murder of activist Joannah Stutchbury in Kenya. Joannah was a passionate advocate for our environment. She paid the ultimate price for her courage and exercising her human rights. Justice must be served.

I’m thinking of all of them this Memorial Day - Don, Peter, Persh, and so many more - who didn’t get to grow older and know their kids and grandkids. May god bless their memories today and every day.

I can tell you that this story and these allegations are unequivocally false. This never happened - either when I was Secretary of State or since.

Delighted to see my friend heading to . She's bold, brilliant, and an idealist who gets things done. Development is essential in America's rightful role in the world and is great for jobs at home. And Sam has the right taste in baseball teams too!

A real life Tony Stark, my friend is committed to saving our planet. Except in this case, it’s climate change, and not Thanos, wreaking havoc on Earth. Hope you enjoy our conversation:

Bill Burns represents not just excellence in diplomacy, but integrity and honesty in public service – exactly what he’ll bring to the CIA. My former colleagues in the Senate will find someone who is candid, accessible, thoroughly nonpartisan, and who loves his country.
