Important part of Governor's job is to listen to his constituents. It's time to retire. Ohio born and raised here. Good bye.

Why don't you pay attention & learn? Why do you need to send people out to figure out what people want or need from the government? Is it because you are too busy self promoting? It's your job to know. You should know by now you've been in office for 7 years. (Part time govenor)

I'd rather see some transparency and find out what Jobs Ohio has been up to. That, and a closer look at the creators of ECOT, which skimmed millions of dollars from our public schools.
-
So you think because students chose ECOT, public schools should receive money for a child they’re not educating? Where’s the logic in that. ECOT was a option for when traditional schooling can’t work. And brick and mortar receives more money then ECOT ever got.
-
If privately owned charter schools skim $60 million from taxpayers to line their pockets, while claiming to educate students that they can't account for, then taxpayers shouldn't pay for it. If ECOT is so great, let private interests fund it and run it like other pvt. schools.
-
They did educate the students with the money. It was a retroactive law that asked to provide nonexistent information. It was a law of the past. While nobody mentions ECOT always logged online hours. And nobody from ECOT got money in their pockets.
-
If they didn’t educate with the money how did the students still get a education? They didn’t pause learning and say “sorry - can’t educate you, we’re shopping” that’s because it wasn’t the case. Even the founder doesn’t make money off educating.
-
While there are exceptions to every rule, I'm not convinced they did a good job of educating. I employ primarily teenagers and college aged students, and after interviewing and hiring ECOT students, I learned quickly to disregard those applications.
-
That’s pretty discriminative.
-
It's my prerogative, based upon previous hiring experiences. Pretty much the same way all humans make decisions. Nothing illegal or improper about it under law.

Please run for president and I’m a Democrat but I would vote for you
-
Well that makes total sense because John Kasich is a democrat as well.

Please do something about the illegal price-jacking, rent-seeking practices of Nationwide Energy Partners. As Governor, you are miserably failing your constituents by letting this company take advantage of 20-somethings.
