        He's the guy who SHOULD be sitting there, if a Republican were to beat HC. He's at least SANE and educated on policy. Any and all policy.

        No. There are a lot of very decent people who are Republican's. The moderates have simply lost power, which is a tragedy.

        He expanded the Medicaid in Ohio, adding 745,000 poor, mentally ill & drug addicted persons, among them single women with breast cancer. 1)
