I do hope you SNP supporters will hold Sturgeon's feet to the fire, to coin a phrase, on removing the cap fully.

I agree the cap needs removed but it has to be sensible not fast

She did not say she would remove the 1% cap in next fiscal year. She waffled about fair pay and not overriding the commission.
