I was wondering why Ripple haven’t moved HQ. Brad stated if they didn’t get clarity in the USA (Nov 2020) . They would move. Now they have not been found guilty , and it BAU. They have signed new customers and business is still operating. Why wouldn’t they move?

Moving the HQ wouldn’t prevent the SEC from going after them so I think they intentionally wanted to remain a US company.
