        That would balance the power to fully represent the country. California having the same number of senators as Montana, or Wyoming, or Idaho makes no sense. California has more people than about half of the other states in this country.

        All Citizens of the United States should be represented in Congress. If the GOP wants their votes they should work harder to appeal to them rather than prevent them from voting. It really doesn’t seem that difficult.
