So all the more reason for them to request asylum in the US. But we welcome them into cages for an indefinite period of time and treat them like animals. All for big corporate profits while cutting other vital services our taxes were earmarked for. Shameful!

As much as I despise the war on drugs, Latin Americans don’t have to fuel our drug habit and their politicians don’t have to be corrupted by the influx of cash. Pointing the finger at us isn’t a solution either. Plenty of blame to go around.

So then cut them some slack when parents send their kids here from those countries to seek asylum.
