The reason there’s a statute of limitations, civil & criminal, for most crimes is because after the passing of too much time the accused can’t possibly defend against the charge. Anyone can say anything. It doesn’t make it true. The timing of this accusation is very suspect.

A full and judicious hearing with all the available evidence. That is what this country stands for. Senator, you must insist this woman be heard in a public venue and that all documents pertaining to Kavanaugh's history be disclosed if you care about our Constitution.
