I respect you and your service, sir but the American people deserve to know the full extent of her involvement in torture.

“don’t penalize her for previous policy decisions” That is a large part of the critique/hearing process for government officials at all levels. Yes, she may be a good agent and all, but we cannot ignore her past, just like every nominee for every federal position ever.

That's not how job interviews work. Past work experience is entirely relevant.

Being gravely concerned about even the global perception that Ms. Haspel was a part of or philosophically sanctioned the use of torture IS putting country over politics.

Torture is not a questionable policy decision. It’s a dark mark on our history.

Ironic How Senators on both sides of the aisle are “Waterboarding Diminishes America “!while not too vocal about how “Trump Diminshes the World!”
