1/Looking at Trump through a psychological lens, he is a brilliant tactician not because he's smarter but because facts don't matter and lies are his modus operandi. He can take any topic and twist it to make it work for him (at least with his base).
It is impossible to overstate @realDonaldTrump’s corrosive impact on our political culture & national character. Rejection of his demagoguery, his lies, and the politics of fear espoused by McConnell & Graham is at hand. If you want to make a difference, vote!!!

2/Trump can lie with impunity because his morals and ethical code are very different from that of the rest of us. Fighting him with facts is the right thing to do but will not work because those who have aligned themselves with Trump have also given up on truth.

3/Any fact can easily be labeled fake news, where a woman who was sexually assaulted is now guilty of harming fathers, sons, and husbands. This is factually asinine but it is an emotionally powerful argument that worked.
