Thanks for the info. What device are you using YouTube Music on? Also, try reconnecting to your network, restarting your device and signing in to the app. Let us know how that goes.

http://Told.you I'm not with a network it's a spare phone. Samsung a320 I presumed it would still work without a network as it's YouTube offline I don't want to bring my Samsung s9 into the gym incase of damage. Thanks

Generally, the offline music has to be connected to a network once in 30 days. If not, they would not be accessible.

Yes, it should work fine if you swap with a sim card. Once the offline music gets updated it should work as intended.
