    For some context, last year the House budget resolution forecast a $472 billion deficit for this year. The actual deficit will be right around $800 billion.

    Meanwhile, here's the updated projection from the CBO. It forecasts $2.272 trillion more deficit from '18-'27 than last year. Otherwise, it looks nothing like the House projection.

    Yesterday the House released its FY19 budget resolution. The projected '18-'27 federal deficit is $2.375 trillion more than last year's budget resolution. But no need to worry, they still forecast a surplus in 2027!
