The fact that it took them a long time to decide to pull the game baffles me, almost as much as the decision to make it in the first place. Yuck. I use it ocasionally but not often anymore. Their custoner service is totally pants - and by that i mean non-existent (i had an issue with some dlc i bought and was never able to use it)
Yeah I had some issues in the past too and I never got any help from them either. It's bad.
