Is there a specific bethesda look? Yeah mostly like that. Or asking how they can get a job at bethesda or if I can show someone portfolio to the art department. Or along those lines.

Well you can't blame them, they have ambition. I'm sure it's annoying though. I don't like people bugging me about whether there's jobs at the art centre I work at. Bet it's way worse at a convention. Personally I'd rather create something awesome and have people come to me

I dont mind it. I usually say I dont have much say and tell them to apply online. It's just the people who try to keep poking at it and such. That's when it gets annoying.
