Life saver, i’ve inquired multiple times about getting a replacement (USB) cable for my Blue Spark Usb. They’ve sent me the lightening cable 4 times now, 2 of them arrived. They have also sent 3 usb cables which never arrived. Been almost a year since my first email with them.

Doesn’t help that i’ve never been able to talk to an actual real human there and it’s all been automated. I’ve even offered to pay for the cable but they keep insisting on sending a free replacement. Just losing patience at this point.
