It sounds like what your saying Joel is we have to do something to earn God’s love and favor, but it is freely given to all of us. We praise God to thank him for all he’s done for us. NOTHING we can do can activate anything from God

Isn’t the bible enough “to know God’s love?”

If you are trying to “earn” God’s love, you are lost.

Standing with you in prayer for the people and children of Syria. I plead the blood of Jesus over them and ask God to hide them in His secret place (Ps. 91), and ask for His protection and provision of every good and beneficial thing, in Jesus's name.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, GOD’S FAVOR IS NOT A CHEMICAL REACTION. It’s not up to you or me to do anything to “activate” it. We thank and praise God because God walks beside us no matter what, not to get anything out of the deal. Peddle your prosperity gospel somewhere else.

Amen, There is power in praise. God dwells and reigns on the praise of His people. Through praise brings many amazing miracles. Praise can touch God's heart, God's power flows and heaven will pour all kinds of blessings, physical and spiritual (Pslm 100: 4). Hppy Sunday...

Though I shouldn't be surprised, I always find it fascinating when pastors from all over the world "somehow" preach the same word. I'm even MORE intrigued when
@TheMountBishop preaches something and then I go over to@Mtsflcc and daddy is preaching the same thing!!Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
