Great idea, really can't wait to hear your talk! A few ideas: Project specific game jams open to all to help problem solve, opening brainstorms up to everyone across all disciplines & we even had an "any ideas goes board" at one point that had random questions about the project.
Additionally I've found that having a "review space" on the shop floor, and importantly keeping ideas welcome in this space, creates a bit of an open atmosphere of people walking past feel comfortable offering up ideas, thoughts and feedback.
