Any suggestions for the best place for sharing powerpoint slides? I'd like to include reading notes that go with the slides that readers can take a look over too since a lot of slides are just images.

If they are Google Slides, why not just share them as view only links? That's what a few of us did for our Develop/GDC etc presentations
They're not Google Slides, but if i upload presentations do they convert?

They do, but it can sometimes get iffy with fonts and sometimes placement of elements. I'd say give it a try and see if the damage can be controlled :D
