Question, does anyone ever get over that "new starter" feel? Whatever i do i continue feeling like i'm new basically forever, i've been at my current job 3 years now & making games a decade but i still feel new to both. I guess its just because there's so much to learn?

I've been in the game for nearly 15-years and I have the same feeling every project. There's always lots to learn, especially if you're in the front lines. Even management are learning as project management tools evolve. What you're feeling is perfectly normal
Thanks Sanjay, I've said it a few times now but its honestly really gratifying to know everyone feels it. I think you're right that there's always something to learn & grow towards. That's what contributes to that new feeling for sure but also what makes it exciting!
