Question, does anyone ever get over that "new starter" feel? Whatever i do i continue feeling like i'm new basically forever, i've been at my current job 3 years now & making games a decade but i still feel new to both. I guess its just because there's so much to learn?

Accepting that this is inevitable, particularly in such a fast moving industry, whilst also accepting that it’s impossible for you to have all the answers is a big help. The secret is to understand the value of your own experience, you are a talent and your experience matters.
