    On Thursday, at 9:15 a.m., the motorcade procession to honor Senator McCain will depart the Arizona State Capitol and proceed to North Phoenix Baptist Church. The procession will take about one half-hour and is open to the public along I-17 North, Camelback Rd. and N Central Ave.
