        If the Supreme Court strikes down the Affordable Care Act right after the election, The Supreme Court *MUST* stay its decision to allow next Congress to (1) Remedy the statutory defect (as it has done in other cases) or (2) Pass a replacement healthcare law (the Biden Care).
