Don’t need to defund the police. We have to add other agencies to the police service. Social workers, psychologists etc. Police needs better training which requires more funding and more expertise.

Sir, he was charging the officers. He was within 10 feet of them. He had a lethal weapon. The officers couldn’t use pepper spray, and tasers are not infallible.
