The way that murder works is that someone kills another person, in this case with a gun. Boudin's father was not armed and did not kill anyone. Hope that clears things up for you.

That's a crime that he should be charged for.... Along with robbery. I'm really just in favor of only charging people with crimes they commit.

So again, no jail time for Adolf, he just planned the genocides, he didnt turn the valves himself. Trying to hide behind semantics makes you look like youre making excuses for killing.

I think the issue is that you're too stupid to understand what I'm saying. If you plan a violent crime, commit a crime, or hire/direct others to carry out a crime, you should be charged with the crime you committed/planned/directed. 1/

Boudin's father planned and carried out an armed ROBBERY for which he was rightfully charged. He was wrongfully charged with MURDER, a crime he neither planned, committed, nor hired/directed anyone else to commit. The sentencing difference is at minimum 50 years. 2/3

His father planned and took part in a crime where they were prepared to kill if needed, and did. Chesas father continued being the driver for armed men AFTER they had already killed someone. He was not just a getaway driver, he knew it all and still went through with it.

Oh so he didn't commit murder? Got it. Half we're on the same page.

Commit and guilty are two different things. He is guilty of murder, even if he didnt commit murder himself, just like Hitler never turned on the gas but planned it and facilitated it. Guilt seems to be a concept you just dont get.
