Makes me think of the Lucia concert in TV in December, they were all outside, even if it was cold.

It depends on the definition of “safe” then. If one considers “safe” exclusively to be a risk of 0 %, then no. But if “safe” refers to “no super spreading & massively reduced risk compared to indoor”, then I’d consider it “safe”. The same way as driving or flying is “safe”.

Yes! That is risk acceptance criteria, which may differ, but seldom means zero risk.

You know when else people speak loudly? When they're wearing masks and trying to communicate through plexiglass.
-
And afterwards the mask is taken-off. My to recycle for the next occasion. Transmission mask ==> hands?

Eating/drinking outdoors is not as safe as people think. Those people are separated first by one meter, then 1 m 70 cm apart. Wind carry the coronavirus even further. Watch how virus droplets spread when a person without a mask talks loudly, as we use to do when we are outside.
