Yeah, but did you hear he has a BOOK?! Now THAT is what really matters. (Sorry, but I'm so tired of all the self-promotion. Too angry at his part in this.)

So was I until this week. Incel is short for 'involuntary celibacy.' It is apparently a group of violently angry men who can't get laid and some of them end up taking out ultimate frustration in acts of terror. Their Idol is this guy named Elliot Rodgers(sp??).
-
and they can't get laid because they look like the back end of a bus? or ..? and who - where do they terrorise?
-
Actually the guy who mowed down multiple people and killed 10, injured 15 in Toronto was good looking but I guess he preferred to whine to his buddies on 4Chan rather than develop charm and other social habits that would be helpful to attract a partner.
-
the guy in Toronto was incel? where has my brain been. this guy? Elliot Rodger: How misogynist killer became 'incel hero'http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-43892189 …
-
Yes, so he claimed on his FB page before he went on his killing spree. The investigation is still in its early stages but the perp is still alive and I'll assume he'll want to cooperate in order to try and grab more attention for himself. That's what it's all about for them.
-
that's insane. I heard nothing on BBC World (my news channel for world stuff). Maybe I missed it. And nothing is trending on twitter. fucking trump. he's gobbled up every news cycle.
-
I guess because it wasn't what Faux would deem a 'Radical Islamic Terrorist' attack, everyone lost interest in it very quickly. More proof that the news cycle is driven by bigotry and racism. When everyone discovers it's a white guy with psych issues, they just move on. 1/

The news cycle and most of its viewers don't seem to care about the victims unless they're killed by a certain kind of terrorist. Disgusting, eh? 2/2
