Honestly the fact that this sort of thing isn’t made public is a stain on the judiciary; there should be far more transparency.

But the lack of transparency is how they keep power. I’m not sure there will be a reckoning in the legal industry like we are seeing in others.

There were indeed rules governing attire for females. Decades ago. Written down. Couldn’t wear pants. Had to wear hosiery. There was a placque. Down in bowels of Los Angeles District Court.
