It's 2017 & I'm somehow dragged into a twitter debate on slavery where people are saying I'm pro-slavery. I need a break from this website.

Exactly, I worked at a court house, it's a volunteer system where trustees get more freedom & time off of their sentences. It's not slavery.
-
They had no choice. This is not volunteering
-
No, they had a choice, it's voluntary. They also all got job offers when they were released & were planning their futures.
-
Don't confuse them with facts. It agitates their bee-like dance & necessitates all kinds of pheromonal adjustments.
-
Good point, they just want the faux indignation to attract other Bros. Rather than read people benefited.
-
It is not just faux indignation; it's their version of getting high, the poor little guys.
-
Exactly, it's their intoxicant. I noticed they kept bring up other programs just to keep their supply going, rather than admit they're wrong
-
They don't have any particular agenda other than to ensure that actual ppl who actually believe in Bernie are made to look like idiots.

"slavery was really good work experience"
-
Except they were not forced. They volunteer to participate. You must think prison cells are wonderful places to hang out.
-
Of course they want to leave their cages. Them volunteering for this doesn't make it less abhorrent that Hillary used slave labor
-
What's interesting is sudden focus on Arkansas' state run program (over which HRC had no prerogative) NOW. It's not just stale; it's odd.
-
Right. Totally forgot there's an expiration date for being upset about people using slave labor.
-
No, really, have you ever spoken to an ex-con who was in one of these programs? Betcha haven't. Betcha you're simply playing parrot. Shame.
-
You'd lose that bet
-
No, I would not lose that http://bet.You aren't even remotely involved in the issue, parrot.

Must be nice to live in your world.
-
Nice? Ever served time in prison? Do you have any idea what it is like to be within prison walls? But *you* know from . . . um . . . slogans
-
I'll tell my brother how lucky he is to pick up trash in Suwannee while a deputy stands by with a shotgun.

Do me a favor and never vote.
-
I would love it if you could tell me you've ever spoken with an ex-con about this program.
-
Go to the south and ask any black person if they know an ex-con
