Save EVERY RECEIPT for EVERYTHING. Insurance can and should pay for everything little thing and nail this person to the wall. Make sure you follow up with your doctor in a week or two too, a lot of injuries don't present themselves right away. Glad you're safe ; A ;

I'm so sorry that happened to you it's a really scary thing :( Make sure you get yourself checked out. I was unfortunately hit by a car a couple weeks ago and ended up at the hospital but I'm glad you're safe and at home.
