I don't see how people can't comprehend that artists are people too. Anytime something goes wrong, I just shoot a quick email with my concerns and I get a reply within 24 hrs with a huge apology and an immediate solution. People just love to bitch, moan, complain and cause drama.

Yea it can be ez to separate an online entity from a real human being, but the best we can do is be cordial about it
