I will back this up, I ordered your captain falcon poster but got a fire emblem one by mistake. After an email I was told I could keep the FE one and was sent the correct poster quickly. Gave the FE poster to a buddy of mine.

That's incompetence on my part and again I apologize. By no means am I excusing the mixups. I work with my friends and family to help fulfill orders and by chance things got messed up I take full responsibility. I will follow up with you further via email to resolve fully
