lottery systems in artist alley always got me ??? because so many freelance artists rely on AAs for their income. Leaving it to chance rather than a jury is so strange @_@
Cuz no one wants to take the blame. Judges don't wanna deal with salty artists or be accused of playing favorites-- but not on my watch
