I've been struggling a lot mentally, but something happened this past weekend where thoughts of trauma resurfaced. im so sorry :(:(:(:( I want you to know that it gives me personally some solace that someone who feels the way you do can look at how you're acting and thinking and say "this isn't me". To have at least a goal for what you want to be and a vision for what you could be.

I know its a double edged sword in a way to have expectations for yourself, but I look and see that you have a fire in you, even if it feels absent, and you're already so successful despite what you're bearing. Idk it sort of gives me hope that i can do it too.
