I've been struggling a lot mentally, but something happened this past weekend where thoughts of trauma resurfaced. I learned the hard way that vocalizing is a way better coping mechanism than internalizing. You don't even have to do it on social media. Talking to close friends helps. You may think they don't want to hear you, or that you're bringing the mood down, but that's far from true
