This will definitely take some time to heal. And sometimes, when you're in that hazy maze, you can't see the way out. I dealt with this for a couple of years and it took me an entire year to work on myself and begin to feel better after I had completely spiralled.

Most importantly, don't give yourself a timetable on how fast you should recover. The most important person in your world is YOU. Take whatever time, whatever resources you need to get better. I understand the desire to bounce back quickly. But if you don't address the knots now,
