I've been struggling a lot mentally, but something happened this past weekend where thoughts of trauma resurfaced. I want to deny that these thoughts still exist, but I've come to terms w/ the fact that I'm never going to get better unless I share this:https://jackiechoe.wordpress.com/2018/08/19/recovery/ …

Hey jisu, I know I’m just a rando, and you probably get this a lot as well, but I feel like something like this deserves a therapist. I don’t know if it’s right for you but at the very least you’ll be talking to professionals about your trauma and they’re trained to help.

I hope you consider it! Needing or wanting help isn’t a weakness. It’s a necessity. And while friends are incredible sources of help, sometimes they aren’t equipped to do so.

Hard agree to this man. I had( still have, but not as bad), depression and anxiety. I got a therapist after, and I became much happier. Plus you get to lay down EVERYTHING without thinking of what they may say is bad, and they’ll help you out a lot. Get it girl! You’re my fave!pic.twitter.com/OWrtRyEbN1
