I've been struggling a lot mentally, but something happened this past weekend where thoughts of trauma resurfaced. I want to deny that these thoughts still exist, but I've come to terms w/ the fact that I'm never going to get better unless I share this:https://jackiechoe.wordpress.com/2018/08/19/recovery/ …

The love is so real. (PS the guy in question has been taken care of) I'm especially glad that me being open about my journey has helped others get through their own struggles. It can feel isolating, but just know that ur loved and that there IS a way out Xoxo ji$u

Vocalizing and confronting these thoughts and feelings takes a lot of willpower, but is the first and most important step to overcoming them, and I believe you can do that, stay strong. Cheers <3
