This continues to be a ridiculous justification. He could have made a threshold for public financing just like in CT--not eliminate third parties from the freaking ballot!

The threshold to receive matching funds is so high, only corporate RepubliCrats will ever qualify. Public financing is supposed to EMPOWER minor parties to have their voices heard more, not silence dissent! The new rule forces WFP to never run a dissent candidate like 2018 again.
