I've become a big fan of "The last 7 days" style of tracking for daily habits. It helps reduce the 'streak anxiety' and lowers hurdles to get back at it after a missed day. It also still shows you if you're creating a new habit of missing your daily goal.

What is something you do on a 'once a month or more' basis... But strictly for leisure? Not: "How productive is it" "What skills is it teaching you" "How many calories did you burn" All of those could be side benefits...but THE reason you do it is because you just Love it.

I am crafting a thread on my favourite 'crossover' podcast episodes. A time where a podcast host shows up as a guest on another show. On TV, these usually came across as 'forced' and typically interesting. But the podcasts always end up being incredible! Do you have a Fav?

I'm convinced. 'Skin in the Game' is quickest and most consistent way to learn a new skill. ...and sounds much more cordial than 'put up or shut up'.

Find a quiet spot to sit and close your eyes, listen to this and calm yourself. I would HIGHLY recommend listening to the full episode for context...but if you don't have 40 minutes for that...take 1 minute for yourself. H/t

Every so often, I suffer the effects of complacency. (How about you?) Example: The book 'Atomic Habits' is incredible. I KNOW it's incredible! It's had a mega-impact in my daily life... But after seeing the 7 millionth tweet about it? Well...it loses some luster. Right?!
