    Sad to leave Israel but why are security, check in, coffee bar, assistance staff so spectacularly surly, unpleasant and couldn't-care-less? Shame. They let this great country down!

    Left my passport seat 5c on BE786 to GLW today - not allowed to retrieve, no-one answers Flybe phone, Glasgow airport lost property can only give it to police who say it has to be destroyed! I need it for travel next week! Help??
