You know damn well that depositions are never made pubic. You are just trying to make it seem like Schiff is doing something improper when you know he following procedure. That makes you a liar and not credible!

Impeachment by the House is the equivalent of an indictment by a grand jury. Grand jury proceedings are normally secret (unless a judge unseals them), and the House starts that way, too, as they investigate. With Nixon, 1st hearing was in May, but 1st public hearing in July.

Two weeks ago you were bitching that they were doing hearings in public.

During the investigative phase of the Clinton probe, how many of the depositions or grand jury interviews were done in public? How many witnesses were cross examined? How many Republicans complained about the lack of due process?

What's astounding, is the fact the Republicans who were around during the Clinton impeachment hearings know what you are saying is 100% factual and ppl like Jordan can 100% confirm this. But, he'd rather spin it. What's interesting though, Kenneth Starr has been awfully quiet..
