It also states People not Individuals. And those People shall be a part of a State’s Militia with the purpose of the defense of the State. And as a member of that Militia the individual would be Regulated in the accordance with regulations of that Militia. Training and Oversight.

As a gun owner, I will say you are full of sh!t. 1. I agree that evil people will always do evil things; We just shouldn’t make it easier for them. We don’t allow citizens to have mini-nukes because of the catastrophic damage an average person can do.
