Gee, I wonder where he got the idea that the investigation might be tainted?? Could it be because Barr is in control of it and Barr is doing everything in his power to protect Trump? Mueller was a professional too, until GOP decided he wasn't.

The IG is one of truly independent departments in government. AG Barr has absolutely no control or input in the investigation.
