Jordan was a beneficiary of the Russian election interference. He ran on the Trump ticket. Any Russian assistance to the top of his ticket was assistance to the down ticket candidates.

Mueller never said there was “no collusion.” He said that he did not obtain sufficient evidence to prove a conspiracy beyond a reasonable doubt. That isn’t something he “knew.” It was his assessment of the evidence at the end of his investigation.
